Removal Requirments
Buyer will be required to remove the locomotive from the site intact. Disassembly will NOT be permitted on AEP’s site.
Buyer will be required to use an AEP approved rigger & crane operator to load the locomotive onto buyer’s transport.
AEP approved rigging and crane companies will be supplied upon request. 

Known Concerns: 
It's unknown if the current hour reading is accurate.
Lead Paint - All painted surfaced are assumed to contain lead paint.
Asbestos Material - Due to it's age the locomotive is assumed to contain asbestos material for TSI (thermal system insulation) and SM (surfacing material), as well as asbestos containing electrical wire insulation.

--All Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS.  No warranty given or implied.
--Test operation of the item will not be permitted.
--Buyer shall have appropriate hauling equipment for the item(s) being picked up.
--Buyer is responsible for positioning and securing the item(s) on the transport vehicle.
--Removal of Goods must be completed within fifteen (15) days of American Electric Power's receipt of payment or the Goods shall be considered abandoned property, title of which reverts to Seller, which shall have the right to resell.

Due to Covid-19, restrictions are in place. Inspections of auction items may not be available at this time. Please note that if you are the winning bidder of an auction pickup may be delayed. We will work with you to arrange a time when you can safely pickup your item.
