The quantities listed on the attachment have not been validated but are expected to be very close to the quantities available.
Adjustments will only be considered for quantity variance greater than 5% of the attachment listed quantity.
The listed unit price will not be considered in any quantity adjustments.
Adjustments for a quantity discrepancy will be determined by using a calculated unit price determined by dividing the price paid by the quantity of items listed in the attachment.
If the actual quantity picked up is short by more than 5% of the listed quantity the buyer will be credited the number less than the listed quantity times calculated unit price.  

Example:   The lot has a listed quantity of 100 items and the winning bid was $100 for the lot.  When picked up the actual quantity was determined to be 90 items.
Calculated unit prices = 100 items /$100 = $1 each
% short of listed items actually picked up = (100-90)/100= 10%   10% is more than the 5% short.
Refund to Buyer = 10 items x $1 each = $10.

NOTE: Any disassembly or work to be performed on site (with the exception of securing the equipment to the transport vehicle) must be performed by a Contractor satisfying MSHA requirements.

~ All Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS.  No warranty given or implied.
~ Inspections are on the potential buyers time and expense and must be scheduled in advance.
~ Test operation of the item will not be permitted.
~ Buyer will be required to sign a Bill of Sale and pay any applicable taxes.
~ After payment clears,  the buyer can arrange for pick up.
~ Buyer must present a copy of the pickup release at the time of pickup.
~ Buyer shall have appropriate hauling equipment for the item(s) being picked up.
~ Buyer is responsible for positioning  and securing the item(s) on the transport vehicle.
~ If applicable AEP branding decals will be removed prior to the sale.
