Both generator sets will be sold as one Lot to one buyer.

~AEP will disconnect and remove the generator sets from the building.
~AEP will supply the contractor to load buyer's flatbed.
~The generator sets will be ready for pickup one day in October.
~Bill of Sale must be signed and payment received prior to pickup.
~Buyer must have transport available when the generator sets are removed from the building. Date will be determined end of September.

Concerns: Both generator sets are in working condition. They have only been used as stand-by capacity since installed in 1979. The generator sets have always been tested and received routine maintenance.
