Six (6) open-top shipping containers.
Shipping containers will be sold as one Lot to one buyer.
Approximate dimensions: 40 ft. long x 8 ft. wide x 8 ft. 5 in. high
It is estimated that the containers weigh around 8000 lbs. each.
There are double doors on the one end of the containers; there is a removable transom over the doors.
Concerns: The containers are in used condition with no known concerns.
Known Concerns: Listed concerns are what have been observed by the facility selling the item and have not been validated by a technician. Areas not listed as known concerns or None, do not imply any warranty as to life or condition and only imply that a concern was not noticed by the facility users.
~ AEP can load buyers transport as long as it can accommodate side loading.
~ Otherwise, Buyer will be required to make arrangements and pay for all transportation and equipment necessary to load buyer's trailer and haul away.
~ Buyer will be required to use an AEP approved contractor to load buyer's trailer, if using a crane for loading. Local, AEP approved contractor contact information will be provided upon request.
~ When picking up the containers buyer will be required to wear hard hat, safety glasses and protective foot-wear.
**Buyer will be required to have paperwork signed, invoice paid and containers picked up no later than October 11, 2019.
