Description: Office is currently in use and will be available for removal November 30, 2016. Sale includes office trailers, stairs, ramps, handrailing, porches, and under pinning. HVAC units are included. Office furniture, equipment, refrigerator, and stove are not included. The axles, wheels, tires, and tongues are included. Condition of the tires is not known. This office is made up of 2 double wide office trailers placed in an L-shape configuration. The 1st section is 64ft x23.5 ft, it has one front entry door and 2 rear entry doors, it also has 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower also. It also has a small kitchen area, small closet, 2 end offices approx. 12ft x12ft, one large office approx. 12x16 and one small corner office approx. 10x10 with one entry door in the small office. There is a large open area in the center approx. 12x50ft and a small room in the corner approx. 8ft x12 ft. The second section is 40ft x23.5 ft. It has 1 front entry door and 1 rear entry door. It has a large open area (great for cubicles) approx. 23ft x30ft and a conference area approx. 10ft x23ft. Buyer will be responsible for separation of the units, loading, and transport from the site. The underpinning, stairs, handrailing, decks, and attached shelters are included in the sale and is the Buyers responsibility to disassemble and remove from the site.. Seller will disconnect the utilities (water, electric, and sewer). Photos attached.

Conditions for sale of AEP Surplus Equipment / Material:
~ All Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No warranty given or implied.
~ Inspections are on the potential buyers time and expense and must be scheduled in advance.
~ Test operation of the item will not be permitted.
~ Buyer will be required to sign a Bill of Sale and pay any applicable taxes.
~ After payment clears, the buyer can arrange for pick up.
~ Seller will assist with loading.
~ Buyer must present a copy of the pickup release at the time of pickup.
~ Buyer shall have appropriate hauling equipment for the item(s) being picked up.
~ Buyer is responsible for positioning and securing the item(s) on the transport vehicle.
~ If applicable AEP branding decals will be removed prior to the sale.
