UPDATE INFO: The scraper was driven to the current location. It probably would run with batteries and some time to flow fuel. The Buyer is responsible for all costs for providing labor, mechanic, batteries, fuel and materials needed to get the unit started. The site can provide assistance in loading in the form of a rubber tired dozer to push the scraper unto the transport trailer. Any disassembly required is the Buyers responsibility.

Description:  Was starting and running when parked.  Has not been used in a few years.  Two tires are flat  and may need replaced.
