Three (3) storage containers.
Containers will be sold as one Lot to one buyer.
Two (2) containters are 42 ft. in length and one (1) container is approximately 24 ft. in length.
Containers have wood floors.
The containers no longer contain their tarps.
The doors are functional.
Approximate dimensions of 42 ft. containers: 42 ft. Long x 8 ft. Wide x 8 ft. High
The wood remnants (as shown in the pictures) have been removed from the containers.
Concerns: No known concerns. Containers are in fair, used condition.

~ Buyer will be required to make arrangements and pay for all transportation and equipment necessary to load buyer's trailer and haul away.
~ Buyer will be required to use an AEP approved contractor to load buyer's trailer. Local, AEP approved contractor contact information will be provided upon request.
~ Anyone entering the substation when picking up the container will be required to wear hard hat, safety glasses, protective foot-wear, fire retardant clothing and high visibilty vest.
