All containers will be sold as one Lot to one buyer.
Three (3) containers are 40 ft. in length.
Containers have wood floors.
The tarps, as seen in the pictures, are included with the containers. They will be a part of the sale.
The doors are functional.
Approximate dimensions: 42 ft. Long x 8 ft. Wide x 8 ft. High
One (1) container is 20 ft. in length.

Concerns: No known concerns. Containers are in good, used condition. No apparent holes.
Known Concerns: Listed concerns are what have been observed by the facility selling the item and have not been validated by an expert. Areas not listed as known concerns or None, do not imply any warranty as to life or condition and only imply that a concern was not noticed by the facility users.
~ Buyer will be required to make arrangements and pay for all transportation and equipment necessary to load buyer's trailer and haul away.
~ Buyer will be required to use an AEP approved contractor to load buyer's trailer. Local, AEP approved contractor contact information will be provided upon request.
~ Anyone entering the substation when picking up the container will be required to wear hard hat, safety glasses, protective foot-wear and fire retardant clothing.
~ Buyer must complete paperwork, pay for container and have picked up no later than April 22, 2015.
