Condition: The unit has a wiped main bearing on the motor at the generator end. The unit was last operated approximately two year ago. The water pump and blower were recently replace. The stack on top of the unit has been disassemble to facilitate transporting.

~ All material is sold AS IS WHERE IS.  No waranty given or implied.
~ Inspections must be scheduled in advance.
~ Buyer will be required to pay state sales taxes unless valid tax exemption is provided.
~ After payment clears, Buyer can be arranged for pick up.
~ The Buyer will be responsible for providing crane for loading the the equipment.
~ Buyer is responsible for any disassembly, loading and transporting safely from the Sellers property. 
~ Buyer will be required to adherent to the plant's safety requirements while working the plant site.
