Condition:  Poor

Description:    The building was taken down approximately a year ago and stored out side.  Most of the parts should be in the storage area but some parts may be missing or lost. The removal was by unbolting but there may be some removal damage in addition to the years of inservice damage.   Connecting material may or may not be in reusable condition or even exist.  The condition of the siding and roofing is poor.  Buyer most remove all materials from the site.  The overhead photo shows the pre take down layout.

~  Inspections are on the potential buyers time and expense and must be scheduled in advance.
~ Test operation of the item will not be permitted.
~ Buyer will be required to sign a Bill of Sale and pay any applicable taxes.
~ After payment clears,  the buyer can arrange for pick up.
~ AEP branding decals will be removed prior to the sale.
