Location:  This item is located near Bridgman, MI

Condition:  Good used.

Description:  Materials included in the auction are: siding panels, roof panels, personnel doors, and roll-up door.  Materials not included framing support steel and expendables (paint kits, insulation, caulk, etc.).   Kelly Klosure will be disassembled by the Seller. The panel shipping racks are no longer available.   Assembly bolts and screws may be missing or short the quantity needed for reassembly.  Buyer will be responsible for loading, securing the load, and transporting from the site.  The seller will assist in loading the materials that can be loaded with a fork truck.  See attached assembly and erection drawings.

Conditions for sale of AEP Surplus Equipment / Material:

~ All Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS.  No warranty given or implied.
~  Inspections are on the potential buyers time and expense and must be scheduled in advance.
~ Test operation of the item will not be permitted.
~ Buyer will be required to sign a Bill of Sale and pay any applicable taxes.
~ After payment clears,  the buyer can arrange for pick up.
~ AEP branding decals will be removed prior to the sale.
