The inside walls are insulated with fiberglass batting.
The building contains a fluorescent light fixture; not sure if in working condition.
The stair railings (as shown in the picture) are not part of the sale.
The window in the door is broken (see below picture).
The Buyer is responsible for disassembly of the building and removal from the site. Buyer is responsible for removal of all building materials, down to the top of concrete, from the site. Complete removal from the site shall be completed by December 19, 2014. Buyer can start removal as soon as notification of payment is received. All work must be performed in a safe manner.
