Description:     Blink serial number 103028 is a commercial pedestal charger that requires the Blink connectivity and network fees.  Blink  serial number 103028 was work properly at the time of removal.    Note: the way this unit is currently configured, the user would be required to set up a host account and pay ongoing network fees for thes charger to work.  Each user that would plug into the charger would need to use an RFID card to authenticate a charging session with the Blink network back office. These units will not work without communication to the Blink network unless modifications are made to the system or you work with Blink to reconfigure the software on the unit.   In service approximately 3 years.  See attached manufacturer's borchure
