~The paint booth contains lighting, an exhaust system, a pressurized air system and water sprinkler system.
~The paint booth is located inside a larger building. Buyer will be required to provide all labor, tools and equipment necessary to dissassemble and remove the paint booth from the AEP building.
~AEP will disconnect all pipes, wiring and exhaust parts that are connected to the AEP building.
~Air lines will be disconnected outside the booth by AEP.
~All water pipes that are attached to the paint booth will be a part of the sale.
~Included in the sale is the one (1) exhaust fan that is currently contained in the exhaust pipe.
~Also included is the exhaust exit stack (as shown in the picture above).
~The paint booth is equiped with a 3 HP, 3 Phase, 240 Volt motor.
~The paint booth is equiped with ten (10) light fixtures inside the paint booth.
~Air is pulled in from the front of the booth and is exhausted at the back of the booth.
Approximate Dimensions:
14.5 ft. x 26.5 ft.
Entrance has 9 ft. clearance with two swinging doors.
