Description: Shelving units are in good used condition. Units are in back to back rows and the units share the back panel. Units located along the wall have their own back panels. A wooden floor is erected on top of the interior row units, with wooden handle rail, and wooden access steps. One side of the shelving area has its access limited by wood and mesh enclosure. There is a sprinkler system and lighting underneath the wood floor. The sale includes the shelving units, wood deck floor, handrail, access stairs, mesh enclosure panels, sprinkler system underneath the deck area, and the lighting fixtures under the deck area. The Buyer will be responsible for the disassembling and loading of items and materials included in the sale. Limits of removal are to the connection at the warehouse structure. AEP site representative will be final word on limits of removal. All materials included must be removed from the plant site within 30 days of the receiving notice to proceed with removal. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the materials and the location to be aware of the volume material included and work involved with the removal. This area has a loading dock that the Buyer can access for loading the materials. All site safety requirements must be adhered to during any removal work performed on the site.
